Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training - alternating fast and slow rhythms - to help improve cardiovascular fitness. It’s a great way to exercise to this workout dance. Zumba burns weight and calories. It’s addicting so you will want to exercise more. It relieves stress, you get a full-body workout, great for cardio, tones the body; you’ll look even better! Dancing improves your coordination, enhances mood, makes you more confident and boost metabolism. This class is for beginners as well as those who have taken Zumba previously.  No experience is necessary as  your shown step-by-step instructions. Participants move at their own pace, take a break when you need to and push yourself when your full of energy.  Partners not required. Sneakers required.
 


Staff
  • Grace is a licensed Zumba®?, Zumba®?Toning, Zumba®? Gold, and Gold Toning instructor and has been dancing all her life. When she’s not doing Zumba, she’s in her other element doing what she also loves to do - cooking, and working in a commercial kitchen as a Sous Chef. Grace also currently teaches Zumba at Best Fitness in Springfield and a CPR certified.
