Stingrays Preseason • Register • View Cart •

This three week preseason clinic is for current Stingrays Senior and Race Club swimmers. Please contact Coach Matt if you have a Junior who will be moving up and would like to join.  
 
The preseason will cover technique development and endurance as well as an introduction to dry land work outs. Swimmers will be in the gym the first 45 minutes for dry lands, then move to the pool for the second half of the program. Appropriate work out attire is required.

Registration Deadline
  • 5 days prior to the start of the program.
  • A $10.00 late fee applies to all registrations after the deadline

  • Belchertown Stingrays Head Swim Coach Matt Quinney will be assisted by additional Stingrays coaches
